What are your business hours?

Sunday - Thursday from Noon to 1 am, Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 3 a.m. (on holidays hours might change. Please call for holiday hours)  

Where are you located?

We are located on old us 27, one block north of state road on north side of Lansing.

we are approximatly 3 miles north of lansing downtown, 7 miles north west of msu campus and 3 miles north west from east wood town center 

Do I have to make reservation?

No, we take walk ins based on availability. We do recommend making reservations for weekends and nights time between 7 pm to 11p.m.

What do I need in order to make reservation?

We need the date, time, number of hours, phone number and last name. On special days and some weekends we will also need credit card number to hold the room. We will not charge your card at the time of reservation.

How long can I rent a room?

We required minimum 1 hour rental. Most of our guest stay 1 or 2 hours.

How many people can be in the tub?

4 in our regular indoor and outdoor tubs and 6 to 10 people in the VIP suite. VIP tub itself can hold up to 5 people at a time 

Do you have  a sauna?

Yes, We do have a dry sauna with hot tub and fire place in our Tahitian VIP Suite.

What Do I need to bring?

Nothing really! Each room is completely private with music and shower soap. You can bring your own towel or we have rental towel for $2 each. Hair dryers are available upon request at the front desk. 

Are your tubs clean?

Yes. We have a state of the art water filtration system that regulates the chemical balance of the water. 65 gallons of fresh water circulates through the filtration system each minute. We are inspected and regulated by state of Michigan health department .It’s not required but our staff performs water chemical test 4 times a day.

Are your rooms private?

Yes, All of your rooms are completely private. Only way you can communicate out side the room is by intercom. 

What does in door tub consists of?

In door room has changing area, shower, bench, music, T.V and hot tub.

What does out door suites consists of?

When you walk in to the room it has changing area, shower, bench, in the climate controlled room, and tub is out side on the deck surrounded by 8 ft privacy wall.

Do you allow food and drinks?

Yes we do allow food and drinks, however We do not allow glass containers. 

Do you have a gift certificates?

Yes. Our gift certificates makes an unique and special gift for any occasion. You can purchase then in person or over the phone. 

How old Do you have to be to rent a tub?

You must be at least 18 years of age. However younger persons may be accommodated by parental supervision or with parental consent.
